I've been really busy the past month, and the next few weeks don't seem too open. But I really want to start taking pictures again. Today was the first time I went out with my camera in a long time, and it really got my mind off a lot of things. Thanks for the comments and such, I'll spend a lot more time on here after my tests and final projects are over.

I want to start doing model work, let me know if you're interested and in the Southern California area.

I just did a shoot I was waiting to do for a long time now. I wanted to do the shoot in a white dress, but I like the black now that I think about it. I would love to do more shoots with her. She was lively, funny, rarely shy, and willing to lay down on scorching rocks so I could try a shot I've been wanting to do.

So yeah, expect to see more of Jamie.

And also, check out my "Land" shots, they're of a heron that I typically shoot in the water. Today he made it on land, and I got really close to get some mug shots.

I just replaced my 50mm 1.8 with a 50mm 1.4. Very excited

Well, a lot of catching up to do, but I just wanted to let everyone know that after a week of anxious waiting, my package was finally delivered by the big brown truck. What was inside you ask? My new 40D, my 24 - 70 L, my new Speedlite, and a few new filters. I was ecstatic. I have yet to test it out, but rest assured there will be pictures by Monday.
